Christianity, Judaism and Humanism in America Today

Friday, Jan. 18, 2018, at 7:30 PM

This talk and discussion will identify the dominant, troubled, powerful directions of our society today, and their roots. While most people focus briskly on their personal and occupational strivings, ethical democracy is facing a grave social reality. In keeping with much of human history, an emerging totalitarian dictatorship is tied to a religious-political upsurge.

Our speaker will be Joseph Ben-David, Humanist Counselor, who lived through Hitler’s rise to power and experienced the unleashing of the holocaust.

Sponsored by the Humanist Foundation.

Held at: Universalist Society, 4 West 76 St. (cor. CPW), NYC. Please use 76th St.

No charge, but donations are appreciated.

Light refreshments served.
