WELLECTRICITY: A Complete Reinvention of Social Media

The loss of privacy goes way beyond your “data.” Companies like Facebook (and governments!) are using the latest technologies to get inside your mind, neuron by neuron, and manipulate your thoughts and emotions. But what if we reinvent social media, in the spirit of our humanist traditions? How can we use these new technologies for good?

WELLECTRICITY — a tech startup still “in stealth” — is a complete reinvention of social media … blending humanism and artificial intelligence to give us an entirely new set of wellness practices.

Martin Buber Alberti, cofounder of WELLECTRICITY and a longtime friend of Joe, will give you a sneak peak of this mind-boggling new terrain, with live demos and an interactive Q&A.

A program of the Humanist Foundation. Followed by socializing and lite refreshments. Voluntary contribution.

Held at: The Universalist Society

4 West 76 St (at CPW), NYC. (Use 76th St entrance.)
